Lavish Spread, Easy on Wallet

During the fasting month of Ramadhan, sometimes we just like to go to buffets to enjoy good food that we don't have to cook and use that time to connect with our friends and family. Whilst we don't agree on skyrocketing prices some of the buffets are charging (how many people can really eat almost RM200 worth of food in one sitting?), here are some great value places for you to check out this Ramadhan.

Chakri Palace
Chakri Palace is renowned as a great Thai Cuisine restaurant. For Ramadhan they have conceive a menu to take you on a magical Thai Cuisine experience. Not just one menu, but three menu! Here how it works, the three menus are simply called A, B and C. Menu A is on Monday and Tuesday, Menu B is on Wednesday and Thursday and Menu C is on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Each menu consists of Authentic Thai cuisine and some local kuihs. So even though you come back to the restaurant, you won’t be eating the same buffet menu over and over again. Genius!

Livello Uno
Although Livello Uno doesn’t offer a buffet for berbuka (they only offer a Ramadhan set), there are some who appreciates a quiet and simple buka puasa. Their set consists of Medjool dates which is plump and moist, cream of mushroom soup accompanied with garlic bread, Spaghetti Pomodoro with grilled chicken breast and their awesome tiramisu to finish things off. Simple yet satisfying.

Sahara Tent

Sahara Tent is one of the many reasons for you to brave Bukit Bintang infamous traffic. Their Middle Eastern dishes are to die for. They also have prepared a lavish Middle Eastern spread for Ramadhan set to satisfy even the most ravenous belly. Juicy, tender meat off the bone lambs, mountains of golden rice cooked with different herbs and spices and other dishes. As a bonus they even provide free parking, at least you get one less thing to worry about eh?

We love Malaysia because we get the option to savor different type of cuisines. Mohammad Chow offers Cantonise style cuisine to tantalize your taste buds during the fasting month of Ramadhan. Over 20 dishes are prepared such as Lemon Chicken, Stir Fry Beef, Sweet Sour Chicken, Buttered Prawns and many more. Why wait, wipe the saliva off your face and make you’re booking.
