This Halloween, our guest chef, Evil Pumpkin shares his recipe on chocolate fudge. These scrumptious fudge squares are a cinch to whip up. Gooey and sweet, wrap them up in colourful greaseproof paper and give 'em out during trick and treat! Join Evil Pumpkin as he prepares a batch of chocolate fudge for his favourite holiday. On normal days, he terrorises kids with his evil tricks but on Halloween, he takes a break to indulge in his secret passion - baking.

Lil' squares of fudgey delight!
Serving : 15 pax
Prep Time : 15 min
Cooking Time : 2 hours
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk ( 14 oz. / 1 ¼ cups )
1 Tbs Cinnamon Powder
1 Tbs Vanilla Essence
2 Cups of Bittersweet Chocolate ( 60% - 70% cacao)
3 knobs of Butter, unsalted, soften
Salt for seasoning
Pecans, toasted and chopped ( optional )
*Grease a 10x10 inch baking pan or mould
1. Melt chocolate and butter together using a double boiler.
2. Next, add in the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into baking pan.
4. Chill for at least 2 hours.
5. Once chilled, take it out of the fridge. Leave to thaw and then when it has soften, cut into small squares.
