Code of Ethics

Content on the review section is by our own unbiased selection. Restaurants don’t pay to be in this section and we don’t take free food for a good review. On occasion we do entertain media invites but we are not obliged to feature them in our website or channels.

Friedchillies Media is based in multi-cultural Malaysia, whose food geography spans many Asian cuisines. We provide cross-media platform publishing for online and print, Internet and broadcast TV, and mobile content, as well as content licensing and partnering.

Because we are content-focused with a technology-based business model, our content delivery is faster than traditional media and we are able to do it across multiple channels.

Our on-line TV site was launched in March 2007. Five months later in September 2007, we were awarded an e-Content Grant from Malaysia’s Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation to further develop the country’s first Internet Food Channel. Friedchillies Media was also written up by Adobe Systems as a success story.

Advertising Opportunities & Media Reach

Malaysia has 50% domestic internet penetration including 10% broadband access at 1MB or above in 2008. As FriedChillies receives about 1.5 million brand hits a month domestically and internationally, the website has a higher viewership rate and a broader audience reach than comparable specialist print publishing and terrestrial television programming in the country.

If you want people to buy into your brand, they must not only know that it exist, they must want to know more about it and they want to talk about it with other people. With digital media, the cost of being accessible and present to your customers 24 x 7 x 365 can be as low as one month’s budget in traditional media.  Ask about our rate card, new media report or detailed description of our media channels at FriedChillies.Com. Just email us at advertising [at] friedchillies.com
