In Vegetarian For Carnivores, Aunty Mohana will be sharing two delicious vegetarian recipes ideal for them carnivores. For that chunky meaty feel, her Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms never fail to impress dinner guests. Pair this with her Spiced Moroccan Lentil soup for that fulfilling meal. From the health side, mushrooms are low in calories, have no cholesterol, and are virtually free of fat! Lentils help lower cholesterol, they are of special benefit in managing blood-sugar disorders since their high fiber content prevents blood sugar levels from rising rapidly after a meal. And, used with Aunty Mohana's recipes, simply delicious! In the next episode, Aunty will be sharing her recipes for dips, sorbets and tofu mayonaise. Nice....
