"Try these kid friendly vege recipes from Mohana...." In this episode titled Meals on the Quick, we see Aunty Mohana demonstrating more recipes from her Vegemania! and Fruitastic! cookbooks. One for a delicious veggie enchiladas and the other a kiwi orange delight smoothie (with yummy ice cream) to wash all down. The thing about this enchilada recipe is that it is so good that sometimes you can pass this as the meat version especially if you add meaty mushrooms. Kids will eat this not knowing that it's has vegetables. If you have kids, you will know that this will only work as long as you don't tell them that its a veggie. So don't tell them! That goes for husbands, partners and veggie challenged people as well. It's all in the head guys... If you managed to trick your kids into eating spinach with this recipe, you'd be glad to know that Aunty Mohana's dedicating an entire episode to healthy eating for kids in episode three.
