"A simple to do steak sandwich..." We're starting to cook in our first ever cooking show! Starting with a simple to do steak sandwich, in this first season, we will be bringing you step by step videos of our favourite recipes concocted in our very own Foodsters wokshop. In these episodes, we got Gaby's Mom and Fahim who are great cooks and put them in front of the camera to show you simple steps to cook chicken curry, prawn sambal, nasi lemak, beef rendang, nasi tomato, pergedel, curry laksa, my nenek's pate and fajitas. The asian recipes are cooked using original recipes, and we'll show you how to do it properly... not the celebrity chefs way.. for example.. if you cook chili crabs... we'll tell you that you need to fry the chili until it is cooked, not throw in the crabs after 5 seconds of frying the chili. The third instalment of the wokshop sees Aunty Mohana Gill preparing healthy eating for us all. Now can vegetarian dishes be as good as meaty ones? She invited us to her kitchen, cooked us meals from her book Vegemania and Fruitastic and boy! her cooking totally blowed our minds! Just watch her episodes in the third instalment and find out for yourselves... OK Fahim... the stage is all yours... we're doin' some steak sandwiches today.. take it away dude....
