Host Iedil gets his fill of delicious BBQ Chicken, Beef Tenderloin, and Nasi Ulam at Pannaz. The BBQ items are the best sellers and are always served fresh, marinated and grilled on an open fire. Wash it all down with a refreshing Virgin Mojito! Also listen up to Chef Annaz's motto and find out where he got the inspiration for his food. Also on YouTUBE

Pannaz...a play on both the chef's name and the malay word for hot?

Yes. Chef's Name is Annaz. He thought that Pannaz is a cool name for his maiden restaurant.

I had the roast chicken at Pannaz a couple of weeks ago and it *was* quite yummy, although the portion could have been more generous. The meat was succulent and the marinade was tangy yet subtle.

Also had the nasi ulam and ayam percik. The former was a bit on the dry side but the ayam percik was spot on.
