Sambal Belacan (Nyonya Edition)

We are going Nyonya in this edition of Foodsters Kitchen. We have Debbie Teoh, our very own Nyonya expert sharing some of her favourite Nyonya recipes for everyone to try. In this 6 episode series, we start with sambal belacan before moving up into something more challenging. Don't worry, Debbie has chosen simple yet authentic recipes for you to try (Actually one of the later ones are quite tedious). At the end of episode 6, you will have enough Nyonya recipes for a small dinner ... appetizers, main and desserts! How cool is that?...
