Place to be seen in KL

I guess if you wanna be SEEN physically, you may try Shook. Ppl tend to look down at the restaurant from the shopping mall. Hahaha...

The places to be seen are where the light is turn on and is bright. Or make sure got windows over the wall. For blind people sorry la.
