Try the one at Capitol Cafe (directly opposite SOGO)- it's a stall called Bahagia Istimewa Nasi Padang. It's been there for more than 30 years and it's packed during lunch hour so be warned.

If you want a more quiet place to dine you can try Garuda Garumi at Desa Sri Hartamas. The ayam pop and rendang there is great! [Posted By yasmin]
