Angle beans are called Dragon Beans in china and are a prized dish. smile,

A bean recipe i like is taking butter means and cooking them in a pan with plenty of garlic and salt/ pepper. Your almost lightly pan frying them till the outside is slightly crispy and the inside will be creamy. Its a good side dish with meats and potatos and because of the intense taste of a lot of garlic it adds flavor to the other dishes. I also like the contrasting texture of the crisp outside and creamy insides.
