Our beautiful office is finally ready and we wanted to invite some friends and food bloggers over to check it out. So the date was set and the response was overwhelming. Over 30 fans and friends showed up to partake in delicious eats and a laugh or two.

All the food and drinks were prepared by us in some way, shape, or form. Aida, our Chef in Residence, baked yummilicious treats such as a decadent chocolate cake and the much-loved butterscotch pecan cake along with a ton of pretty cupcakes. Shida, one of our hosts, cooked up a spread of goodies with treats such as bihun goreng, three types of quiches, cucur udang, and more! Aurora J. and Captain Cracker, two of our freelancers showed up with a decadent Guinness cake and a pot of smokin’ chilli con carne.

In house, our very own Honey whipped up a couple of tasty pizzas from scratch. Our Leftover King, Sjaiful was our mixologist for the evening concocting all sorts of refreshing drinks for everyone to enjoy. He even found the time to whip up a mango salsa, a leek and onion dip, and some scrumptious grilled wings. I busied myself during the day with a butterbean and anchovy dip, chilli and rosemary foccacia, and a Mediterranean salad.

Our CEO, Adly gave a little informal speech to greet our bloggers and friends to kick start the evening and throughout the night the office vibrated with laughter and excitement. Food was plentiful and our guests enjoyed themselves tremendously. One thing's for sure, food bloggers can sure eat!
