Genji’s Sushi with a Twist Promotion

Genji is experimenting with new things this April. Chef Ashraf training under Head Chef Richard Teoh have six new sushi creations with a twist from a lobster roll, stuffed calamari to an experimental pizza.


Inspired by Southeast Asian and Western Cuisine, and based on feedback from the restaurants' very own customers, Genji's Lobster Roll consists of a deep fried lobster in sushi roll with a spicy mayo and vegetable. Sushi Pizza is a baked sushi creation, topped with diced seafood, bell peppers, oregano and mozarella cheese.


Gold inclined diners would be attracted to their Golden Prawn Roll, which is a reversed roll sushi with tempura prawns, mayonnaise, vegetables and topped with gold leaf. Genji Jyo Maki comes with avocado, mayonnaise, vegetables and topped with slices of salmon and tuna fillets. Other two creations are stuffed calamari sushi and a norwegian roll.

The Sushi Promotion starts at Genji Japanese Restaurant. Hilton PJ from 1st - 30th April 2010. Prices range from RM45 - RM120++ . More information in the Hilton PJ's website.
