When this chicken wings came out dripping with buttery hot sauce, we all near fainted at how good it is. Really folks, this is crazy-delicious and succulent and best of all you can make it as spicy as you can stand it.
Hot wings that'll make your tastebuds fly!
One dozen chicken wings
150ml hot sauce*
1 Tbs vinegar
Salt and pepper
*We used a milder hot sauce but the jalapeno tabasco is super delish too!
1. Cut chicken wings, blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes. This helps set protein so that it will be crispier.
2. Take out and cool.
3. Once cooled toss with oil, salt and pepper. Roast in oven at 220C until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
4. Melt butter and add in hot sauce, whisk together with the vinegar. Toss chicken wings and serve with ranch dip. This goes super with our Oriental Caesar Dressingtoo!
