4 Ingredient Brownies

A recipe for those with zero baking skills. No fancy cake mixer needed, and it only uses 4 INGREDIENTS, done in 3 simple steps. Get the kids involved and have some fun!

As easy as 1, 2, 3

Serves 4 people

Bake for only 15 minutes if you want really fudgy brownies. The center should be soft, not runny.

If you don’t have baking paper, brush baking tin with butter and dust with flour. Shake off excess flour and pour in brownie batter.

    1 jar Nutella (350g)
    2 eggs
    11 tbsp. flour
    A little chopped hazelnuts, toasted

1. Preheat oven at 180˚c. Mix Nutella, eggs and flour until well combined.

Just use a wooden spoon to mix it up

2. Pour into lined baking tin, sprinkle on chopped hazelnuts. Bake for 20 minutes.

I used an 8x8 inch baking tin

3. Let brownie cool down before cutting it up.

The darker bits are the fudgy parts. Those are the best bits!
