This is so simple that anyone can do it even if they have absolutely no cooking experience. If you know how to brew coffee and scoop ice cream you’re good to go!

Fantastic way to enjoy espresso

A simple and easy treat to make for guests

It becomes a soup if you don't dish it out fast enough

INGREDIENTS
    1 Scoop vanilla ice cream
    1/2 Cup hot espresso
METHOD

1.Put your scoop of ice cream in the serving glass or bowl.

2. Pour the hot espress over it and enjoy!

3. Don't wait too long to eat it though as you don't want this to become a vanilla coffee soup (although that might not be such a bad thing either!)
