Bacon wrapped Chicken
For a romantic dinner sizzle up chicken thighs dressed up in bacon for extra succulence.

Ingredients
2 chicken thighs
2 beef bacon strips
4 sprigs taragon
1 clove garlic, unpeeled
2 knobs butter
3 Tbs oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Superbly juicy and addictive
While frying keep bathing the chicken with oil to keep it moist.
Method
1. Wrap chicken tight with bacon and season with salt and pepper.
2. Using saute pan, melt butter and oil together. Add in Taragon and garlic.
3. On a low to medium heat, slowly shallow fry the chicken until cooked and golden brown.
