You love mashed potatoes but is currently trying to shed some pounds? Don’t fret, use cauliflower instead. It is a low-carb, low-fat option and it tastes as good as the real McCoy. You can use this as a side dish or just eat it on its own.
You won't even miss the potatoes!
Serves 5 people
Give the dish an upgrade by topping it with caramelised onions.
1/2 Cauliflower Head
3 Cloves Garlic
Small knob of butter
1. Put water to boil.Add in garlic. Season it.
2. Once the water starts to boil, add in cauliflower and cook for 4 minutes.
3. Make sure the garlic has soften and then strain it out along with the cauliflower.
4. Mash everything together. Mix in butter.
