Cheesy Nachos
Extremely simple to whip up for guests but is a sure fire crowd pleaser! Who doesn't love melty cheese?

Ingredients
1 Bag tortilla chips
1 Can refried beans
1 Can jalapenos
1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
Handful of cilantro, chopped
1 Bowl salsa
1 Bowl sour cream

Whether it's an exciting football match or a scary movie - these cheesy nachos would go down a treat with your guests.
Method
Preheat your oven to 175C.
Spread a thin layer of refried beans on each tortilla chip and toss into a baking dish. Don’t worry about making it look good, these are best when they’re messy.
Sprinkle jalapeno slices and cilantro on top of the chips and then cover with a blanket of grated cheese.
Bake for 10mins or until the cheese has melted. Serve with the salsa and sour cream.
