Ingredients
1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/2 cup low sugar strawberry jam
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup plus 4 tbs flax meal
1/2 tsp baking powder

A healthy snack that is absolutely delicious
Make sure the chickpeas are blended till smooth
Method
In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until perfectly smooth, scraping sides often.
Oil baking pan. Preheat oven to 180°C. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly. Bake for 26 minutes.
Let them cool completely and enjoy.
We recommend it eaten with chocolate sauce on top.
