If you've got some leftover rice sitting around the house this is a great tasty way to use it up. This is simple to whip up and is a satisfying and filling meal.

Ingredients
4 strips beef bacon, cut into cubes
16 prawns, peeled
4 portions rice, stale rice or left over rice
4 cloves Garlic, minced
2 sprigs ppring onion, thinly slice
1 cup peas, frozen or from can
3 large eggs
4 Tbs light soya soy
2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning white pepper
Seasoning salt
4 Tbs oil

Overnight rice works better with this recipe it will reduce clumping
Method
Heat the wok with oil, and fry the garlic, beef bacon and prawns until fragrant.
Follow the steps, add in rice, green peas, light soya soy, sesame oil and white pepper. Stir well.
Next make a well in the center of the wok, and crack the egg 1 per time and stir. Keep repeating the process until all eggs is been used. Tips : This is to avoid the rice from getting soggy.
Season with salt and switch of the flame and fold in the spring onions.
