Cornflakes Cookies

Buttery, crunchy and tasty are a few words to describe these cookies. Just heavenly! Perfect for the festive season or as tea time treats.


"Crumbly and Scrumptious!"




Ingredients

1 tbs Butter
1 Egg White
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Roasted Shredded Coconut
1/2 Cup Roughly Chopped Peanuts
2 Cups of Finely Crushed Cornflakes
1 tsp Vanilla


Serves...

It's an easy recipe so have fun and make them with your kids.



Method

1. Beat egg white and sugar untill foamy.
2. Add butter, coconut, peanut, cornflakes and vanilla.
3. Mix well.
4. Use a small rounded plastic spoon to mold corn flake dough.
5. Drop onto tray.
6. Bake for 10-15 mins at 170 degrees C.
