It's an easy recipe so have fun and make them with your kids.
1 tbs Butter
1 Egg White
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Roasted Shredded Coconut
1/2 Cup Roughly Chopped Peanuts
2 Cups of Finely Crushed Cornflakes
1 tsp Vanilla
1. Beat egg white and sugar untill foamy.
2. Add butter, coconut, peanut, cornflakes and vanilla.
3. Mix well.
4. Use a small rounded plastic spoon to mold corn flake dough.
5. Drop onto tray.
6. Bake for 10-15 mins at 170 degrees C.
