Serves 2 - 3 people
Make if after a busy work day to help you de-stress.
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp rice flour
3 Tbs plain yogurt
1. Mix everything together.
2. Slather it on a clean face.
3. Let it dry for 15 – 20 minutes then rinse off, gently scrubbing as you do this.
