20 red chillies/ green chillies
20 chili padi
1 inch ginger
15 shallots
8 garlic cloves
½ cup cencalok
Lime juice
¼ cup peanut oil

Kick-ass spicy with tons of flavours. This is a great dip to enjoy with all of your favourite fried fritters.
Method
Roughly chop chillis, ginger, shallots and garlic. On medium heat, sauté all chopped ingredient till soft and tender.
Pulse in a blender with ½ cup of cencalok. While blending, pour in the peanut oil to get a creamy consistency.
Adjust the taste with lime juice and brown sugar to your liking.
