This is a popular treat to have at the beach with the delicious crisp battered fish doused generously with vinegar and delicious chips on the side. The best part is you can eat it all with your hands.

Ingredients
1 Kg White Fish fillets of choice
125g flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
150ml milk
Oil for frying
Malt vinegar for the fish

Tender fish flesh fried in crispy batter, what's not to love?
Method
Mix the flour, salt, egg, and milk to form a batter.
Heat the oil till ready then dip the fish pieces one by one and fry till golden.
Drain on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil. Sprinkle with some salt and pour on the malt vinegar and enjoy.
