Fragrant Ayam Masak Merah

by Lisa K. on Thu, May 24, 2018

This is a good quick buka recipe because it uses boneless chicken. Plus the fragrance from lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves just makes it so wonderful!

Simple, fragrant and tasty!

Serves 2 - 3 people

Adding in the sugar to the blended ingredients allows the sugars to caramelize during the initial cooking process which gives the sauce a wonderful depth of flavour and colour.
