Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies

No one can say no to a chocolate chip cookie hot out of the oven. Especially when it’s soft, chewy, and gooey. Try these for a special treat.

Gooey and Soft.....

Serves 6-8 people

Whip up a batch when you're craving something sweet.

If you want soft cookies take them out at 8mins if you want them harder keep them in till 10mins.

    3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 egg
    2 tsp vanilla bean, scrape the seeds
    2 cups all purpose flour
    2 tsp cornstarch
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    8 oz bittersweet chocolate, cut into chunks

1.Preheat oven to 175C.

2.Cream together butter and sugar until smooth.

3.Add in vanilla and egg. Mix well to combine the ingredients.

4.Stir in flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chunks.

5.Drop by tablespoons onto a greased baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown around the edges. Let them cool down and enjoy!
