1/3 Cup Icing Sugar
60g Ground Hazelnuts
1 1/2 Cup of Plain Flour
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Paper Cup Casings
1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add dry ingredients.
3. Put dough into a piping bag.
4. Use a star tip nozzle.
5. Nozzle out into casings and decorate with chips.
6. Bake for 15mins at 170 degrees.
