250g Lean Minced Beef
4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1 Onion (diced small)
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Grate zuchini with box grater and squeeze out all the moisture with a paper tower.
2. Add to onion, garlic and minced beef. Season it.
3. Form small patties.
4. Grill the patties. About 5 minutes on each side. Once done, serve between two grilled portobello mushrooms for a low carb option.
