Admit it, Raya without sweet treats will be boring. Make some for the festive season and watch these crunchy cookies disappear in a blink of an eye.
90g butter, room temperature
1/3 brown sugar
1/2 cup almond slices
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons honey
4 cups cornflakes, roughly crushed
1. Preheat oven to 150C.
2. Line paper cups.
3. Melt butter, brown sugar and honey together in a saucepan until the mixture starts to bubble.
4. Add in cornflakes, dried cranberries and almond slices.
5. Spoon quickly into paper cups.
6. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
