For that incurable sweet tooth, try a hot white chocolate. To cut through the sweetness we added a splash of coffee syrup.
A sweet something before bed
Serves 2 people
A great warm drink to enjoy on those rainy monsoon nights
1 liter milk (for lees sugar, use low fat)
250g white chocolate
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 Tbs instant coffee
1 Tbs hot water
1. Preheat milk and break up the white chocolate and drop it in.
2. Stir until combined and add in vanilla.
3. Mix coffee with hot water and put a splash of it in the hot chocolate. To cut through the creaminess grate slices of lemon skin and put in in while the milk is boiling- just be sure to strain it out before serving.
