Kimchi Fried Rice

by Lisa K. on Tue, January 22, 2019

Got some dry and cold leftover rice sitiing in the fridge? Don’t throw those out because you can make some awesome Kimchi Fried Rice out of it. It is dead easy and it is kind of healthy as well. I wasn’t really a Kimchi fan but I was totally amazed at how good and easy it as to make. This will definitely be my go-to Nasi Goreng recipe for sure. Worth it!

Best to use cold leftover rice so fried rice doesn’t become stodgy.
