Hasselback potatoes are pretty much fancy looking baked potatoes. Those little cuts make it crispier like potato chips on top of soft potatoes. Plus, you can add various bits in between the slices to make it EVEN fancier.

Elevating the roast potato!

You can use any type of potato for this recipe, even tiny new potatoes.

For extra yumminess, insert beef bacon bits and cheese in between the slices and bake, or go crazy and crumb some blue cheese on top!
