This is extremely simple and yet delicious. You can customise it by adding in caramelised onions, sauteed mushrooms, or even sliced peppers.

Ingredients
4 Pitas cut in half
1 Large steak
Salsa
Sour Cream
Guacamole
Cheese, Grated
Salt and Pepper
Method
Cook steak to your preferred doneness. Slice very thinly once done and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the pita in half and pop open the pocket.
Fill with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese and the steak slices. Enjoy!
