Milo Fried Chicken & Budu Mayo

by Lisa K. on Tue, December 11, 2018

This recipe is an homage to myByrgerLab’s creation. They debuted their funky creation during Ayam Lejen II 2018 and it was a big hit, selling out on both days. So out of sheer curiosity, we tried to recreate this recipe and we came close. The sweet and salty combo works so well and we love it to bits. Try it out!

Serves 2 - 3 people

Different budu brands have different taste intensity. Start with 1 tsp. and add more if it is not kao enough.

Sprinkle Milo powder on the chicken while it is still hot so it will stick.

METHOD

1. Mix up all the ingredients for budu mayo and chill in the fridge. Adjust the amount of lime juice to your liking.
