Serves 2 servings people
A refreshing drink that has a bite from the ginger beer
1 Tbs brown sugar
1. Crush the mint with lime and some sugar. If you have a shaker and a muddler, all the better.
2. If not you can pop it in a blender but don't blend it too long. You want the mint to be a bit rough.
3. Pour this into a jug, add ice and ginger beer. If you have a shaker you can mix it "Cocktail" style.
