Most Malaysians would have fond memories of eating this jelly at family gatherings and get-togethers. It’s an easy recipe and perfect if you’re looking for a dessert to make for a children’s party.


"Pretty and Fruity!"




Ingredients

10 g Gelatin, Powder
1.4 L Water
2 C Evaporated Milk
200 g Sugar
1 Can Fruit Cocktail ( separate the syrup from the fruits )
2 Pandan Leaves
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

A simple jelly dessert to whip up for your kids!

You need to chill this overnight.



Method

1. In sauce pot, heat up gelatin, sugar, syrup, vanilla essence and pandan leaves. Bring it to boil.

2. Once everything is mixed together. On a medium heat, pour in evaporated milk. Mix well. Switch off the heat.

3. Strain the mixture into a baking tray or a casserole dish.

4. Lastly, add in all the cocktail fruits and let it chill in the fridge overnight to help it set.
