1. Cream butter with sugar.
2. Add eggs.
3. Sift all purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking powder together.
4. Alternate dry ingredients with buttermilk, vanilla, colouring and water.
5. Mix baking soda with vinegar until it starts to bubble.
6. Add soda mixture into cake batter.
7. Scoop and place it into cupcake moulds.
8. Bake for 175C for 25 mins.
For the cream cheese frosting
1. Cream butter and sugar together
2. Add in cream cheese and vanilla. Mix well.
