by Lisa K. on Tue, March 12, 2019

Everyone should know how to make a sardine curry. Of course there are many variations out there that are simpler or more complicated. You just have to pick one that suits your time and taste buds the most. The beauty of this dish is that it’s quick and easy to make and taste darn good every single time.

One of the simplest & delicious curry to make

Serves 3 - 4 people

You can use fish or meat curry powder. Difference is that fish curry powder has slight sour-y flavour which is great for seafood and meat curry powder is more savoury and fragrant.

If the taste of sardines or mackerel is too fishy for you, add about 3 tablespoons of asam jawa juice to your curry to mellow it down.
