Here’s a super easy humous you can make. Goes great with corn chips or soft tortillas.
Blitz it then drizzle with olive oil.
Serves 2 - 3 people
One of the simplest and satisfying dips you can make!
1½ cup chickpeas
2 cloves of garlic (preferably roasted)
1½ Tbs of lemon juice
2 Tbs of tahini paste (optional- you can buy this from the supermarket)
2 Tbs olive oil
Salt to taste
1. Put all in food processor and blitz it! Before serving drizzle some olive oil on top and sprinkle some paprika for colour.
2. For a variation, blister 1 red pepper on a fire. Peel off skin and blitz it with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Serve with crusty bread, corn chips or some vegetable crudites.
