This is so sinfully good. Once the chicken is fried to perfection, the golden skin breaks away like crispy biscuits while the flesh stays moist and juicy.

Ingredients
1 whole Chicken, cut into 8 pieces
Marinade
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 ½ Cup Buttermilk
2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Grainy mustard
Dredging
1 Cup All purpose flour
¼ Cup Cornmeal
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Garlic powder
enough Oil, to deep fry

Succulent fried chicken that is so finger lickin' good.
The chicken needs to marinade for 2-3 hours/overnight.
Method
1. Mix all marinade ingredients with chicken.
2. Cover with cling or plastic wrap and let it rest / chill in the fridge for about 2 -3 hours or overnight.
3. Once rested, place the chicken on a metal rack and get rid of all the excess marinade.
4. Coat the chicken with dredging ingredients.
5. Prepare hot oil to deep fry. 170– 180 C.
6. Fry the chicken for about 10-12 mins per piece until golden brown
