This pasta recipe is perfect for all - busy moms, college kids, bujangs, chronic midnight snackers… Simple 3 ingredient tuna and pesto recipe that is really just sauté and serve. Can’t get any easier than that.
Serves 4 people
To give better flavour, saute tuna and pesto sauce quickly on high heat.
½ packet spaghetti (250g)
1 tin chilli padi tuna
½ pesto sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Rocket salad (optional)
1. Blanch spaghetti in boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain off water and mix in a wee little bit of oil or butter to prevent it from sticking.
Don't fully cook them. It should be slightly firm to the bite
2. Heat up tuna and pesto sauce in a pan.
Drain off some pesto oil before adding it into the pan so it doesn't become too greasy
3. Toss in cooked spaghetti. Mix well and season to taste.
Rocket salad garnish is optional but it taste amazing with the pasta
