A gingery fortifying drink...
Serves 2 people
Great as a night cap
4 Tbs black tea powder
2 inches ginger
2 Tbs sugar
4 Tbs condensed milk
1. Let the tea steep with ginger in boiling water for five minutes.
2. Filter tea and stir in sugar and condensed milk.
3. Pour tea between two glasses until you get a nice frothy top.
