A spring roll for dessert? Well why not! Try this as a fun dessert recipe for your guests.
"A sweet dessert springroll"
Ingredients
1 mango, julienned
1 handful of strawberries, sliced
10 mint leaves
5 rice papers
Sauce:
Combine 1 Tbs Raspberry Jam with 1 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
Method
Soak one rice paper in a bowl of water for about 20seconds or until it becomes soft and pliable.
Place 2 mint leaves down in the centre, top with some strawberries and mango and then fold into the shape of a spring roll.
Make these one at a time so that the rice papers don’t get over soaked and sticky.
Serve with the sauce on the side.
