Nasi Lemak Goreng

Leftover Nasi Lemak is not the best thing to eat. Either you begrudgingly eat it just to not waste food or you throw it and buy brand new nasi lemak *RIP old Nasi Lemak* But there is a way to save it – turn it into nasi goreng.. duh..

Ingredients

2 – 3 packets leftover nasi lemak
1 tbsp. oil
Egg
Cucumber


Method

1. Mix up all the nasi lemak together and even out the sauce. Remove soggy cucumber if any.

2. Heat up wok with oil and toss in nasi lemak. Give it a good stir on high heat until rice is hot. Dish out onto a plate.

3. Fry egg to your liking – sunny side up, over easy or crispy sides. Serve together with nasi lemak fried rice and some cucumber slices.
