Anaki Boizu is the brainchild of two best friends who managed to make their dreams of running their own Japanese restaurant a reality. Both have had a stint working at a well known fine dining restaurant, so you know the food here memang ada kelas but harga mampu milik.

It has a small menu of dishes but semua padu! They don't mess around with quality here. A must try at Anaki Boizu is the Ramen, there's 3 on the menu in total and yang wajib try is the famous Grilled Chicken Ramen! It's light but packs a mean punch, the noodle is springy and it soaks up the salty and peppery chicken broth well. The chicken is cooked beforehand using a process called sous vide which basically cooks it at a consistent temperature for a certain amount of time, lepas tu campak on the charcoal grill to give it that smoky flavour... power kan?

If chicken is not your thing, gotta try Smoked Beef Brisket Ramen pulak! The brisket is smoke for more than 8 hours by their good friend at Smoked Father & Co, kan dah cakap they don't play around with quality here. The Brisket pun finish off on the charcoal grill right before serving you that hearty delicious bowl of goodness. The moment you dig into it, the smell of the brisket and the flavour of the broth much more intense, lagi meaty and briney. Kalau nak lagi kick, add a bit of their handmade chilli oil.

For all your seafood lovers don't worry, they have something for you guys too. Their Crispy Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab Ramen is da bomb, especially if korang hantu Soft Shell Crab. Lightly battered and deep fried for a couple of minutes just before serving to make sure it's extra fresh and korang boleh makan panas panas!

It doesn't stop there abang abang and kakak kakak, leave some room for the handmade Yakitori! Semua made from scratch from the chicken till the sauce and guess what? They boys at Anaki Boizu cakap it's healthy too. You guys better come to Anaki Boizu before people starts flocking because they only make 20 plus bowl a day. Rugi tak try!
