Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus was started by Rido Nurul Adityawan or lovingly known as Pak Gembus himself in 2013 and their sole mission is to spread the joy of burning your tongue with their super spicy sambal! The sambal is not the type to just burn your mouth and soul away, it's sedap too.

But let's start with the fried chicken first, little is known what they marinade or seasoned their chicken with but dia punya crunchy, fuhhh puas hati gila.

Every Ayam Goreng here is made to order, so expect your Ayam Goreng panas, juicy and succulent habis. The moment you take the first bite, you can rasa the mild flavours of the Ayam Goreng and tambah pulak dengan the handmade sambal memang umphh!

For those yang kaki makan, Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus serves unlimited Nasi Putih and Coway water. Perfect for you guys yang tak tahan or just nak makan lebih.

Now we move on to the infamous Sambal. First stop you can choose your level of pedas upon ordering your meal. It goes from as low as 5 Cili Padi to 10, 35, 100 and even 300 Cili Padi! After that, they'll add a couple of raw garlic cloves, cashew nuts to give you a little bit nutty flavour and the kicker of the sambal is some hot chicken oil to round it up. They'll give you a generous slab of the Sambal on top of the Ayam goreng.

If you guys can't take the heat, I suggest order the mild or medium pedas level. Oh btw don't forget to order the deep fried kobis, it's their signature side dish. Rugi kalau tak try.
