Koridor Pancakes is tucked in a neighbourhood of USJ11 at BoomTown Cafe. Famed for flipping premium Pancakes with harga tepi jalan, Khairul - the owner and Head Pancake flipper have been satisfying his customers sweet tooth cravings for almost 4 years now!
Pancakes here are more on the heavy side (it’ll fill you up) but still lembut and fluffy. Khairul made sure to use only the best of ingredients for his Pancakes. Like this glorious Famous Amos Pancake, layered with a helpful amount of homemade white chocolate sauce, caramel and dark chocolate sauce! Also as you can see, it's topped with a ton of Famous Amos cookie crumbs. It’s sweet, salty, warm, cold and crunchy all at the same time! If that is not the perfect dessert, I don’t know what is.
Next up is the lovechild of Khairul and his love for Oreo cookies or just cookies in general. If you haven’t figure that out yet, that's 2 Pancakes fresh outta the pan that is layered with his signature homemade caramel sauce, white chocolate sauce and a hefty pile of Oreo cookie crumbs. Each bite you take is like a medley of flavours that slowly melts in your mouth together with that creamy vanilla ice cream.
If you’re into something a bit more simpler and not as overwhelming, then the Chocolate Chip Pancake is perfect for you. Not as heavy as the other two Pancakes but it gets the job done. This one also comes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream - like cherry on top of your favourite cake. You gotta try this one!
