T-Cafe was started by a group of friends way back in 2002. This is a cool place to stop by for a hot cuppa and warm scones. When we went there, we found out that they have other delicious food on the menu too. Fun Fun! Read on..

High up among the highlands, T-Cafe is located at Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands (Just above Marry Browns). You'll be pleased to know that T-Cafe also caters for vegetarians, with vegetarian lasagna, claypot rice and a special curry topping the list of recommended vegetarian dishes to try. Fresh from their very own kitchen comes apple pies, scones, cheesecakes and pancakes for dessert. But there's more.... T-Cafe has a great atmosphere, good for unwinding all your tangled thoughts.


"Tea and scones and the ambiance to match"


Besides the pastas, the french onion soup and Sirloin steak are worth a try. These are all simple dishes at great value for money. Do not miss the mango lassi, homemade with yogurt and half a mango each. This is one thick, creamy and delicious drink. We actually came here for the scones. Whilst theirs are not the best in Cameron Highlands, they certainly are the best value in town at RM2.00! This comes with a dollop of cream, blueberry jam and two slices of butter for you to spread thickly on the scones.

Sip the flavourful teas that range from Earl Grey to Rooibos with prices starting from RM1.50. If you come with friends, share a plate of cheescake, apple pie and banana pancakes with a dollop of ice cream on the side to complete the meal.

I've been there twice and have to agree that T-Cafe is a place to be if you want good food with affordable price. Their scones are one of the most affordable ones you can find in CH. It only cost RM2.50 each. Do try their Beef Lasagna too, delicious for my tastebuds. Their Spaghetti Bolognese is abit dry. Banana Crepe is ok, and their Strawberry Cheesecake is superb!
